  • - Please complete this form and upload a business card and photo of your product, booth, or anything you think is pertinent to your business. If your file fails to upload, complete and submit this form then email your file(s) to: SpringGardenFairVendors@gmail.com.
    - Payment will be returned if your application is not accepted by the jury.
    - JCMGA reserves the right to have you remove products that do not meet our garden-theme criteria.
