Practicum – Session 9

During your practicum session, check the SGF volunteer schedule and make sure you are signed up for at least 4 two hour volunteer slots during the SGF weekend. Please consider signing up for more if you are able. If you are unable to help the times listed reach out to Barbara for other preparation support tasks. If you have friend or family willing to help out please contact Barbara for appropriate volunteer roles that need more support.

Lesson:

• Comparison of Commercial Potting Mixes/Tomato Experiment

Objectives:

• Students will determine differences and similarities in various potting mixes and determine the effectiveness of these potting mixes for raising tomatoes.

Homework assignment to be read/viewed before coming to Practicum:

• No homework for this week.
