In response to last year’s JCMGA Member Survey, members asked for in-person educational classes. To meet this request, the Member Services Working Group has planned three educational classes during 2026. They are as follows, with corresponding informational links:
- “Getting Wild! – Seven Steps to Restoring Biodiversity in Your Yard” with presenter Lynn Kunstman on Saturday, February 21, from 2:30-3:45 p.m. in the small classroom at the SOREC Extension Building. https://jacksoncountymga.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Getting-Wild-Flyer-3.pdf
- “Fragrance In the Garden” with presenter Rosenelle Florencechild on Tuesday, June 16th, from 6:30-7:45 p.m. in the Auditorium at the SOREC Extension Building. This presentation is pre-recorded. There will be discussion time following the recording. https://jacksoncountymga.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Fragrance-In-the-Garden-Flyer-1.pdf
